Studio 6 Fairfield, OH - Cincinnati

I'm back again. I would like to write another review for 2 more people. First start with Alisha she is amazing. Always checking on me since day one, always comes to my room for mandatory hotel updates. Bug sprays ect. Super friendly and very caring young girl she creates a welcoming atmosphere. I love talking to her. She holds a place in my heart so young but very smart. Don't underestimate what she can do for this hotel, you need kind people with great communication skills that show real concern like her. She someone who shows loyalty threw her action for this hotel. SHE WORKS VERY HARD! She is a problem solver. The third person is Rikki. She is very friendly and courteous. She is very Attentive, Professional, and goes beyond her normal things for the hotel. I have to say the washing machine is so loud. It needs service it will be in the company interest to get it fix. And I'm talking about the one the employees use to clean sheets ect. You payed. Alot of money for it. I googled it. So hopefully it's under warranty. No reason for that machine to sound like thunder. Do you know Rikki holds the machine when she does 3rd shift so it does not make noise to wake us up. I see what goes on hear. I talk to everyone even guest. I recommend talking to her. So she help the hotel with some minor issues. I have 3 more people to do reviews on and that's coming in a couple week.

First off, the room is great, limited TV but not the worst, customer service has been awesome, very pleasant and helpful, Rikki booked my stay and was very professional and kind...I have been here for 5 days so far and I have felt uncomfortable twice, by management, first time, I was getting coffee at 6:30 something in the morning, when I came down the steps I can hear a man loudly speaking, I approached and he was speaking loudly to a female employee talking badly about guests and other employees, the female looked at me and smiled but nothing was said, the manager did not stop yelling....the second time was this evening, I approached the front desk to ask for plates and once again the manager was loudly speaking to another female employee about another employee! As a manager myself, it is inappropriate and unprofessional to not only speak to employees like that but to do it at the front desk where everyone can hear...as far as my stay here, it has been a very quiet and nice place to be but something should be said if that is how management is acting

Excellent staff, decent prices, Diamond was a great receptionist. We will definitely be returning in the future

I love staying here. Everything is clean, updated. The staff are great and help whenever it's needed. A lot of extended stay hotels feel cheap, but this one is great. The rooms are great with a ton of space to do work, etc. Definitely the best extended stay in Fairfield

Every single person who works and keeps that place running is amazing. My family has been struggling with starting over in a new area but extended stay Fairfield location has made it possible to help me with my stress. Definitely recommend staying here! And the prices are literally fire

This place I can actually call HOME!!!. The staff is amazing. Very Generous, friendly and when there is an issue they take care of it immediately. The cleaning that is done every week in my room is excellent... The only issue that i had was one of the dryers in the laundry room didnt work after paying for the cylce. But overall 4/5 Studio 6.

Nice room. Tons of amenities. Only problem was the box spring was broken.
